Arresto Menor

I need advices...I am a branch cashier of a marketing corpotion, The branch decided to put up an outlet in a nearby town...The company told us that our branch clerk will be temporarily assigned in the outlet, but as a cashier in a branch am I oblige to substitute the work of our branch clerk??? I am employed as a cashier only.Do I have the right to ask for increase in rate???

there's no clear right to an immediate increase. unfortunately, complaining might hurt your career, but showing management you can handle it is not a guarantee to promotion.

why not talk to your HR first if you are uncomfortable with the assignment.
