I am w0rking in a BP0 c0mpany f0r less than a year n0w and there are l0ts 0f salary disputes and delays in 0ur payouts. i just got my salary for this cutoff and i got less than 20% of my salary. we already filed a complaint to our HR department but it seems that they're really not taking any actions to have these issues resolved. what can we do about this? thank you.
