Gud PM po the company im currently working now has a lot of issue lalo n pagdating pagpapasahod. First it should be 15/30 ang payout dapat ng sahod but then sabi nga ng company rules it is 15/end of the month. That's clear enough but then the case just now is August 29,30 holiday so we all expect na this 31 ang payout but then almost 9pm na wala pa rin kmi sahod we contact our HR and they said na miscommunication dw between them and sa bangko and they said na fault ng bangko. Please let me understand if this is fair or this is not correct at all.
