Arresto Menor

Hi good day, Atty. tanong ko lng po kung valid ang kasal ng kapatid ko ngayon, dati po siya my asawa pero may annulment siya lumabas noong feb. 26 2006, pero bago lumabas yun kinasal siya uli noong 2004 samantalang di pa void ang kasal niya sa una, tapos pinasok sa NSO nang babae noong 2009 lang samantalang 1 year na silang hiwalay. Valid ba yun? Atty. give us some advice kung ano dapat namin gawin. sana po matulungan niyo kami. Thanks in advance
