good day. i had loan in a private lending company which is payable in 12 mos. i only paid 2 mos. due to the lost of job. i have had communications with them since the last time i paid them promising to pay as soon as i have my visa. they said they will file estafa against me.. is that a estafa case already since i have an open communication with them? thank you.

for you to be able to give the private lending company an assurance you can execute a promissory note stating your valid reason and the assurance that you will pay the principal amounts as well as the interest that they might incurred to you..For them to give consideration on your favor as debtor..

godd day , i receive a letter from PNP regarding BP22, PNP invite me to station.but i still coordinate to lending and promise to pay if i have enough money but still the lending threat me to PNP what can i do is this harassment to me?
