Arresto Menor

hello po. I just resigned from work and they want me to serve for 1 month. I do not want to serve anymore and they said I have to pay that 1 month for me to get my clearance and all. is this legal?

imo, it is not right for them to withhold any salary, but they are entitled to damages and not to give a clearance
