Arresto Menor

Hi! Pardon me if masyadong elaborated yung concern ko ha... so here it goes...

I'm a fresh graduate and lucky enough to get hired immediately. I'm under probationary for 6 months (I'm on my 4th month this Oct)

However, It seems like nabigla yung katawan ko from student to working scheme kaya madalas ako magkasakit. One time, almost 3 days akong di nakapasok then I handed the hr my medical certificate (late si sir so hindi ko na siya nabigyan ng copy) That time na nagpacheck up ako I was advised to get some rest or better to resign muna (and my mom agrees with the doctor). I wasn't able to tell my boss or even the hr kasi I'm still undecided, and weighing options kasi nga di ba ang hirap magresign. The time na nasa dilemma ko of whether to resign or not, sakto naman na magvacation leave si sir ibang bansa, so I let him enjoy na lang muna, pero on his half way of having vacation, I already inform/get an advise sa hr about my plan to resign --- which plano ko naman talaga i'll make it formal pagbalik ni sir, since sobrang bait naman niya sakin

my 1st question is this: should I still follow the 30 day notice period? [/u kahit health concern naman? and I handed them a certificate from the doctor na, Oct 4 pa ang dating ni sir and I'm not sure kung papasok na siya that day, I guess, mga Oct. 8 pa siya magrereport sa work ulit, kaso I'm planning to resign na effective Oct. 31

My 2nd concern is this:[u] ano yung basic process upon resignation
(wala kasi talaga akong idea pa, since I'm new to the professional world plus ang bilis kasi ng naging hiring sakin yung tipong biglaan na lang ako pinagumpisa without any job orientation

I don't even have a company ID yet, iniisip ko naman kasi baka kasi probi pa lang ako pero parang lack of requirements na yata yun ng company in benefit of the employee diba? I was even deducted with Pagibig e hindi pa nga ako na-aaply (and I think pati sa PhilHealth and I'm doubting na rin pati SSS). Regarding Pagibig, they ask me to apply online pero di rin ako makapagapply kasi wala pa rin akong TIN NO. na dapat di ba sila ang magprovide? (I ask them about it at sabi nila on process daw, on my 2nd attempt to ask sabi wala pa nga daw ako at wala daw akong tax deduction - which I have to review also on my payslip kasi alam ko may deduction din ako doon)Ano ba dapat kong gawin? Makakakuha ba ko ng Tin no. upon my resignati]on?

4th and last: Kung 31st ng Oct. ang resignation ko, makukuha ko pa ba ang payment ko for the 15th? Or yung salary ko sa whole month sa makukuha ko ng check after the resignation ipo-provide?

Please, I really got a lot of question, and totally needed it to be answered.

Thanks much in advance!

file your resignation letter asap and give 30 day notice. you can try to negotiate a shorter period with management. send it by email, basta have it received by whoever is in charge

the deductions are ok. if the company won't process your applications, you can do it yourself and just inform them of the reg details.
