good day.. i am hoping i could get help here... my husband had a mistress and someone said they had a child.. my husband asked me to sign a separation de facto. i would like to ask advice what is the best thing to do? if i sign the separation de facto, can i still file adultery case against my husband and his mistress?

based on previous advices, dont sign such agreement. it will be deemed as consent amounting to pardon to their offense. if you sign the doc, it will be their defense if you file adultery case against them.

hi tanong ko lang po iniskandalo po kasi ang mami ko sa skul nya teacher po kasi sya, mga teacher din po ng ibang skul ang nagiskandalo sakanya, kasi sinasabi po nila na kabit daw po ako nung asawa nya,sinundan po ang mami ko hanggang dun sa bahay namin at pilit na pinapaharap ako syempre po hindi ako haharap kasi mangugulo lang sila,natakot po ang mami ko kasi baka bumalik at manggulo sila nakakahiya po dahil wala naman alam ang mami ko pwede ko po ba kasuhan sila, kasi wala naman po akong ginagawa sakanila ende ko rin po kasama ang sinasabing asawa nya, thanks po

once you signed it, it may serve as you are giving your consent to his adultery. never sign any contract or agreement without a lawyer's advice

kirim, you can file libel charges, false accusation, unjust vexation, harassment, slander, etc. you can file it sa court, PPSTA (kung public skul teacher mom mo) or sa barangay.

private school po ang tinuturuan ng mom ko yung mga sumugud ay public skul teacher, nag usap po kami ng mom ko ayaw po nya mag blotter natatakot po kasi mas may kakayahan sila samin at next tym na lang pag ginawa ulit, pero knowing them maraming connection di sila titigil hanggat di ako humaharap ok lang po ba kung walang blotter pero mag papa warning letter ako thru lawyers na tigilan ako at family ko, kasi di po nila ako makita kaya mom ko ang pinuntahan. Maraming salamat po.

kirim, i dont see any difference between a ppsta/barangay/police blotter with your alternative to have a lawyer represent you. my suggestion is economically more advisable as a matter of fact. a blotter is a mere incident report. i still think a blotter with the proper/right authorities will be best to proceed.
