Is academic qualification grounds for termination even an employee is working for 9 years on the same position? yes.. i need advice.. my friend worked in a private school.. aside from retrenchment that's another cause of termination.. my rights po b cia to claim separation pay? thanks!

no... ever since her employer knew all of this for certain years and now it is included on the grounds for her termination aside from retrenchment..
