There is a conflict with the current live-in partner of my ex-boyfriend who is the father of my daughter. Its as if she's blocking any communication between me and the guy. I wanted to have some acknowledgment from the guy and she's even threatening me that the guy would ignore my daughter since she is pregnant with their current child.

I've been trying to reach any means of communication with his relatives. Is there anyway I can petition for communication with the guy? or any means to ask him to acknowledge my daughter?

That's the problem, when i registered my daughter, they were in South Cotabato. So, he didn't had a chance to sign it. On his live in partner's text, she said he is willing to see our kid so i guess he is acknowledging, am i right?
