Hi, i would like to know if i can do some legal actions regarding this.
I used to live in my fiance's house and decided to leave because it was already becoming unhealthy for me and my daughter. I have missed to take some of my possessions and other documents with me. Soon, I found out that they have been feasting on reading my personal diary. By the time I tried to retrieve it from them, a woman, who is also the live-in partner of my fiance's brother refused to hand it over. And now she's trying to spread the contents of my dear diary to everybody. Is there any chance I can have it back by any legal mean? what should I do?
