I want to buy a lot in Antipolo from a person living in US. The title is with him and he said he can transfer the title thru Philippine Embassy?
What are the legal steps if I want to buy the property.

he can execute a deed of sale at the philippine embassy or consulate which will notarized the deed as to him. he then needs to send the notarized (or sometimes called consularized) deed and title here and you sign it before a notary here.
