HomeAsk ko lang po kung 7 years/almost 8 years na po kami hiwalay ng tatay ng anak ko at wala naman po sya support sa bata at never na kaming nagkita. Need pa po bang annulment? or legal separation? Please advise. Thanks

kunyari naman po ang situation magasawa ung babae nahuli po na may lalaki ng husband, annulment pa rin po ba ang pedeng case dun para mapawalang bisa ung marriage nila? (ndi po ako ung nanalalaki ha) ung sa friend ko po ito. tnx

Sa 1st question mo ate eto ang maaring maging recourse mo.
"LEGAL SEPARATION: being separated from your spouse with or without communication is not grounds for annulment. It does not matter how many years you are separated. There is no law that annuls or voids a marriage automatically. Only a judge in a court of law can annul, void or nullify a marriage."
sa 2nd question nyo, LEGAL SEPARATION pa din ang pwdeng recourse... provided that may nangyri sa knila ng other party. infidelity is not a ground of annulment..
Sexual infidelity is a ground for legal separation.

Hanggat wala kang ground for annulment, hindi sya pwede. Ang recourse mo lang talaga ay legal separation. Sa tanung mo na pano kung gusto mo mag asawa ulit, mangyyri lang un kpag na-annul kasal nyo. Look for the grounds for Annulment.
