I'm 5 yrs separated from husband now, he left me and my 3 kids without any support from him and we never had contact since we got separate. He had now another woman and 2 children.I have bf now and we're planning to get married.My concerns are:
1. Can I file an annulment or nullity of my marriage?
2. what would be the grounds that i'm going to file for the annulment then?
3. Can I get a support for my kids to my husband? How can i sue him since I don't know where to find him?
4. How long and how much does it cost to file an annulment?
5. Can we get married with my bf abroad here in the Philippines after when I'm annulled from my husband? by church or by civil?
