I'am a call center agent due for regularization, 5 days before my 6th month i was informed that i wont be regularized due to non performance in addition the performance review was only given to me on my 1st month and my 3rd month which is supposed to be given on a monthly basis. Is there such law covering how long an employer should advice an employee that he wont be regularized? Is it legal to terminate an employee with such short notice? please enlighten me Sad
