backround history of the seller:
she was once a mistress(man legally married to another woman) .. property was acquired during their relationship mostly financed by the man but registered it in the name of the other woman as single status.. they have children...They have separated 6 years ago..
QUESTION:
is it legally safe to buy the property since it is registered only in the other womans name..
can the man or the legal wife claim for the property after it has been sold... husband and wife were also separated long time ago....if somebody complains later on, can they sue the buyer of the said property or the mistress who sold it... what does the law says...please respond a.s.a.p... thank you so much...
