Hi. gud day po. may nag blotter po saken na hindi ko ginawa. nilagay sa blotter na nagplano kame na patayin sya, pero chismis lng ang lahat and yung name na ginawa nyang witness ay todo tanggi na di sya nagsabi nun. kung baga "hersay" lng ang lahat. Anu po pwede gawin ko dito? thanks!

Just wait what will happen to your case perhaps there's a strong evidence apart from hearsay! It will not leak if no one said anything! That's a grave threat!

wala nman pong evidence, dahil according sa statement nya sa blotter, sinabihan lng daw sya pero yung nagsabi ay tumanggi. at alam ng lahat na gawa2x lng nya..

I doubt they will believe if it is just romurs. Some people do admit they heard but because of threats they don't admit it later on! So if the witness admit it before and changed his/her mind later on to testify, then the blotter remains! So to avoid getting into trouble stay away from him/her so you won't be accused later on if something happens to that person!

gusto ko sanang gumanti thru legal process. kasi pinahiya nya pangalan ko, at may mga pics sya na kinalat, disrespecting my private life and it cause disturbance and discomfort.
