Just seeking an advise. what should I do if someone post something on Facebook that is false accusation and can ruin our credibility?

Report the matter to FB initially so that they could review the post. Try to talk to the other party to have the post taken down. If they won't budge, then you are willing to resort to filing a case against them, using cyberlibel as a possible ground.
