I'm Allan po. I'd like to ask some help about my sister's problem. Incidentally, she was registered twice in the NSO. At first, she had Stephanie Hanna. But in her second registration, she had Stephanie Hannah. So she was using the second name then which is Stephanie Hannah on all her documents.
But when she was about to get a passport, she can't get one because of this problem. What are we gonna do? Which one will cost us less? Having her first registration or second? Please help me on this. Thanks a lot!
