Arresto Menor

Hi po...Delayed po kami ng 3 months sa payment sa car loan namin sa BPI. Nagbabayad po kami every month pero napupunta partially sa penalty at monthly fee.

They filed a case against us. I submitted a proposal po sa BPI to update the payment plus the legal fees in an installment basis. Wala pa po sila reply as of today. Can they still repossess the car?

Please help po...
