I recently started my own business, computer based hardware technology company. Recently we have been talking to a company overseas that provides an online portal allow users to view illegal and legal content. My question here is would I be in any liability if I integrate that online portal onto my hardware? All content is hosted by the company overseas and all I am providing is users with the access point to access their online portal.

Please also note that the overseas company requires that I pay a small minimal licensing fee per unit.

Can anyone here offer me any advice, or point me to a specific legal representation that can help me with this situation...

Best regards,
Tony
