New Business: Digital Billboard Advertising

Hi Everyone,

Can I please ask for advice? I am planning to open a media/advertising company. The main venture will be the same line as Focus Media, I will put large LED TV's in various locations where I will show my prospective clients' local ads.

It is just going to be a small operation. A small town with a population of around 150k.

1. Do I need to get any accreditation or clearance from any government agencies?

2. Do i need to register the business as a member of some organization?

3. What legal aspects should I carefully look at when I go into this venture?

Yes you will register your company either to SEC or DTI depending on the type of organization you want to establish.

After you secure your business name / entity register it to cityhall and BIR.
