My mother donated her share (residential and agricultural land)in an extrajudicial settlement of my father's estate two years ago.. this year, i will be applying for a loan using the titled agricultural land at 2.4ha (under my name). will this qualify as ingratitude which will be ground for revocation of donation? the purpose of the loan is to buy additional agricultural land. here are some facts.. -I am the only child (legally adopted, I have 3 kids and I am a gov't teacher.)
