I recently discovered that I dont have any PHILHEALTH record or any record of contribution. I've previously worked in a BPO for a year and they have always deducted contributions every cutoff. They told me that they can credit the contribution and provide me a "certificate" (HR did stress this word on my face) of contribution and not an RF1.
I suppose that solves my problem, but aren't they liable for any negligent behavior? do we have any labor provisions on this?
