Eto po yun story, after 8 months namin magamit yung globe broadband bigla nalang akong nawalan ng net for 2 weeks, i even called globe hotline regarding with my concern. Sabi nila hindi daw magagawa o mapupuntahan yung bahay namin kasi ang problema daw ongoing ang globe site maintenance po.
After a month wala parin akong net tumawag na ako na mag 1 buwan na yun pero on going parin daw yung site maintenance, yung tumawag kami po pala na sabi maintenance parin sinabihan ko na po na pwede nalang ba paputol yun considerasyon man lang po, sabi need daw namin bayaran 2thou disconnection fee and sabi ko dun sa nakausap ko bakit namin babayaran e kayo naman may problema.
So we decided na wag ng bayaran po pero ni-rebate po nila 1month namin ang kaso hindi na namin natignan kung may net na kami o wala parin basta po hindi nalang namin binayaran yung sumunod po na bill.
And then eto na po si makulit na globe tawag ng tawag na settle daw po namin. Eto po ang nasa text po nila
