hi, everyone.. just wanted to ask if how a bank can recover a loan wherein the collateral is insufficient to meet the outstanding loan. Nag-grant po kasi sila ng loan for 900,000 pesos tapos yung collateral is a truck lang... very insufficient talaga and yung debtor, wala ng pambayad kasi hindi enough yung source of income nya. negligent daw sa pag background check yung C.I.... ano po ang dapat gawin dun? madidismiss ba ang C.I.? please help... thanks! Question confused
