I used the baptismal of my husband for us to get the marriage license. his date of Birth in his baptismal is January 31,1968.
Later, his sister send us a copy of the late registration of his BC which is February 1 as his bdate. The problem is:
SSS record january 31
Marriage license -January 31
Driver's license-February 1
Comelec ID-January 31
