Arresto Menor

Gud pm po. Nung nag apply po ako ng marriage license baptismal ng husband ko ang ginamit ko which is january 31. yun pala may lumabas sya na bcertificate sa province na feb. 1, ang problema namin ang marriage contract, sss at comelec nya parehong January 31. pero yung driver's license nya feb 1 same sa birth certificate nya...ano kaya maganda atty?tks

goodnoon. pwde akong mag tanung about my child na ako yung totoung ama pero ang nilagay sa birthcert ay yung totoung husband nang dating gf ko or the mother of my child. at hndi ako pinakilala na ako yung totoung ama. may gagawa po bah ako d2???

bobetos, unfortunately no. only the husband can question whether he is actually the father.
