We want to settled it down so that we can be married soon. My partner had a wife but they are not living together now. Their marriage contract has been tampered, the relatives of the girl did the signatory instead of my partners parent? We want to filed it as legal separated? YOu think we can use it as an evidence? Thanks

if he is now more than 26 years old or if he lived with her after reaching 21, then that is no longer a valid ground.
