I'm a U.S citizen, 4.5 years ago my wife a filipina, myself and our kids relocated to USA.
I had a credit card in my name as owner of the account, when my wife and I got married I added her as a user only. we made arrangements after leaving RP with third party to make payment on this credit card, unfortunately due to hard times I faulted on payment plan and until now I have not paid outstanding balance
She wants to go home to Philippines to visit her family and sisters wedding, can she be detained or jailed either going through RP customs or leaving RP customs on departure. Whats the law on this matter?
