mag-iisang taon na po akong di nakakabayad ng credit card ko at ang balance nya ngaun ay nasa 65k. ipinasa na ng eastwest bank ang account ko sa RS Santos law office. gusto ko na po sanang i-settle ang account ko pero can i just ask them na ung principal amount nalang ang babayaran ko? paano po kung di cla pumayag to think na 10k or less lang naman ang nagamit ko sa card and un lang ang kaya kong bayaran? ano po ang maaari kong gawin?
