i am non-teaching personnel (NTP) of an educational institution and our NTP Manual stipulates:
A permanent non-teaching personnel (NTP) whose regularization took effect before year 2000 is entitled to a incentive leave of ten (10) working days with pay in a year and an incentive of five (5) working days with pay for those NTPs whose regularization took effect in year 2000.
can't we, employees who were regularized in 2000 and thereafter claim the same benefit of 10 incentive leave (implied vacation leave of 5 days)? isn't this unfair to us?
nakakatuwa naman if may employee na naregular ng December 1999 halimbawa tapos yung isa, naregular, January of 2000. magkaiba ang benefits? what can we do to amend this?
