Good afternoon. We have this "friend" who owed us big amount. We have an "Acknowledgement of Debt and Promissory Note" that is duly notarized. Is it possible that in case of default on the agreed payment schedule, we can sue her for estafa?

Good morning. Follow-up ko lang po sana yung inquiry ko regarding the possible filing of estafa case against her? What are the chances na mag prosper yung kaso.

Doon sa notarized Acknowledgement of Debt and promissory note eh nakalagay naman ang schedule of payment. Pero she is at default at tuwing sisingilin namin eh panay hingi ng pasensya at bigyan pa daw sya ng sapat na panahon.

I am beginning to lose my patience and I am considering to file the case.
