Hi good day!

I need advice po, credit card holder po ako pero hindi ko po siya nabayaran so ung bank nag bigay ng reconstructio scheme and i signed promissory note, i i wasnt able to pay na ung reconstruction plan na binigay sken. Ano po ba mangyayari? And also if incase mag travel po ba ako mahold po ako sa immigration dahil din sa signed ko? Tha kyoi
