I do have a civil marriage and now I found out that my surname in my birth certificate is Balencia but I have my marriage surname using Valencia. Can I consider the marriage null or void? And what are the possible actions for me to apply an annulment in this case? Please help me.

wrong spelling is not a basis for annulment. search the forum for grounds for annulment

how can i file annulment poh gxtong gxto qna poh kc poh ung asawa q pinabarangay n poh namen dahil s tresspassing at pgsira ng pinto s bhay namen. sinabi q poh s barangay n kung maari pghiwalayin n kmi peo di daw poh sla tamang lapitan. Help me amn poh

Kung wala kang ground para mag-file ng annulment, hindi ka makakakuha ng favorable na decision mula sa korte.

Kung pag-uugali naman ng asawa mo ang problema, mayroon ka pang ibang remedies, maari kang mag file ng legal separation, o di kaya ay declaration for nullity of marriage. Kailangan lang ay mahanap mo ang tamang ground para sa iyong kaso.

Sa Petition for Decalration of Nullity of Marriage, kailangan mo mapatunayang psychologically incapacitated ikaw o ang asawa mo at ito ay rason kaya hindi ninyo nagagampanan ang mga obligasyon nyo bilang mag-asawa. Kailangan mapatunayan na ang psychological incapacity na ito ay dati pa nag-eexist bago pa kayo ikasal; at kailangan maipakita kung ano ang nag-case sa psychological incapacity na ito.
