Kami po ng aking asawa ay pawang senior citizens na, 66 at 64 yrs old respsectively at marami na pong tinataglay na karamdaman. Sa ilang buwan na ang nakakaraan ay patuloy kaming nakakaranas ng ingay sa umaga, tanghali at gabi dala ng ingay ng motorsiklo ng aming kapitbahay at ng kanyang mga barkada. Pabalik balik sila ng wala namang kadahilanan. Ilang ulit ko at ng ibang kapitbahay na napeperwisyo na silang pinagsabihan subalit hindi nila ito pinakikinggan. Ano po ang maari naming gawing reklamo kung wala pa tayong batas tungkol sa noise pollution? Marami pong salamat

hi mang juan, you can file an unjust vexation criminal case against this fellow
they might have altered their tail pipe, file a case as well for violation of ra 4136 aka LTO code of the Philippines
