ung brother-in-law ko po ay may kaso lumalabas sa NBI gambling case po dahil nahuli sila ngkakara krus..nahihirapan po sya makapg apply ng work dahil don..posible po ba mapatanggal or ma Clear pa name nya since di nmn po criminal case yun?

Gambling is a criminal case, in fact it is a violation of PD 1602...verify the status of the case where it was filed
