Hi attys! Just want to ask po about gambling. How does the concerned body in gambling classify a system if it's gambling? I read in other countries they classify gambling if there's a bet and is based on a game of chance or luck.
Lets say for example would it still be gambling,if 3 players challenged another group of players in a game of basketball with money involved if the only people allowed to bet are the players no side bets involved and basically relying on their skills to win the game?
