hi, i am currently pregnant and about to give birth next week Smile i am married to an indian guy, and got married in singapore. In sinagpore, married women do not change surnames but rather change their civil status only. so i am using the same middle name and surname as when i was single.

my problem is, my husband wants to follow the INDIAN way of registering names for our baby. since we are also going to settle in india. how do i register my baby's name? indian way of writing doesnt have middle name. is it okay to register my baby by using "surname" alone?
