May I ask, how old is the child of your fiance? If the child is 18 years old or below, your fiance may declare her child as a dependent.

Your fiance, upon receiving your petition, shall apply for a prospective visa marriage. Then she shall declare her child as her dependent. If her visa application is approved, she can then bring her child with her.
