if he signed your birth certificate, write a letter to the legal wife that you expect to be given a share of your father's estate

I don't think his company will interfere with this issue, it’s personal matter. The first step you need to do is to send him a demand letter for financial support, state the amount you are expecting. Tell him that if he will disregard your letter you will file a case (economic abuse under RA9262) against him.
