atty , may question po ako. we are working in a call center. yung kaibigan ko may mga corrective actions na xa beacause of tardiness. isang araw habang nagcacalls xa bigla na lang xang nilapitan ng mga security and pinag log out tapos may escort pa xa palabas as if he is a criminal. terminated na daw xa . wala pa syang napirmahan na termination notice. pede po ba sya magfile ng case?

Hi avatargirl,

Yes, your friend can file an illegal dismissal case because his/her employment was terminated without any written notice served to him/her specifying the ground or grounds for termination, and he/she was not given reasonable opportunity within which to explain his/her side.

thanks po atty .. eh yun pong pag secort sa kanya ? kc po sobrang napahiya talaga xa. hindi naman xa kriminal para magkaron pa ng escort palabas.
