Good Day! Is the absolute deed of sale executed by a lot owner who is living outside the Philippines legal without the marital consent of the spouse since the contract was executed and notarized in the embassy where she lives?

If the property is conjugal, the sale may be challenged because of the provision in the Family Code which states that "any alienation or encumbrance made by the husband of the conjugal partnership property without the consent of the wife is void".
