Is my marriage legal or not?

I've been married for quite some time and I am not happy any more with the relationship. We got married po Dec 18, 2000. Pero when it was registered they made the date Dec 19, thus making it look like they made a typographical error. They changed the date kasi po wala kaming marriage license that time. We are already doing the ceremony while somebody was securing a marriage license on our behalf. Nagawa po iyon dahil kakilala ng family ng husband ko ang nagkasal sa amin na pari. And at the same time official po ng baranggay ang isa sa in-laws ko. But if you're going to look at our invitation, photo album, give-aways...Dec. 18 po nakasulat dun.

Year 2001 po when I gave birth to our only child. Year 2005 po when my husband left for abroad. Eversince nagsama kami hindi po niya ako sinusoportahan kahit nung asa abroad na siya madalang pa sa patak ng ulan kung padalhan kaming mag-ina. Until now asa ibang bansa siya at lalong naging rocky relationship namin when I found out he's having an affair.

My question now is, kung magpafile po ba ako ng annulment pwede kong gamiting grounds ung sa registration ng kasal namin at ung sa marriage license aside from the fact na niloloko niya ako at hindi rin kami sinusoportahan?

gud day po, ask ko lang regarding sa secret marriage,. last 2010 nag secret marriage po kmi dumaan kmi sa proseso,may cenomar,marriage contract,at seminar, ang alkalde po ang nag kasal po samin, the reason po yung bakit po nag pa secret marriage po kami dahil naka petition ako papuntang state..tapos yung marriage certifate ay naka pa custody ng parent ng asawa ko.. ang tanong ko po 2012 na po ngayon na eexpired ba yun or na wawalan ng bisa yung marriage certificate dahil naka safe keep?at kung i submit nila po yun sa N.S.O may bisa pa po yun marriage certificate...ksi po ginagawang threat sakin.. salamat po,sana po ay mabigyan nyo ako ng advice...
