legal po ba na pakasalan ang isang tao na magkaiba ng pangalan? kasi nung kumuha po ng cenomar nag reflect na 3 times sya kinasal pero yung 2 daw e iisang tao lang daw ayon sa lalaki. legal po ba yon?

i'm 28 years old i just married recently last july 23, 2012 to American man. Ang tanong kulang po kung legal ba yung kasal namin na ikinasal siya sa dalawang babae filipina din pero parang hindi anulled yung kasal nila sa dalawang filipina.. Pagpakasal namin ang ibinigay lang niya nga documents yung divorced paper niya sa Japanese bali yun ang first wife niya.. tinanggap naman po sa municipyo namin..
Ang tanong ko legal ba yun kasal namin?
