Hi, I hope you can answer my question. I got married Last August 2003,then he went to other country and did not communication with me since then. And I just checked in NSO that I am his second wife.He was married before me.
Can I file a declaration of nullity due to bigamy and abondonment? or Can i remarry without filing in the court for nullity and void of marriage.

Yes you can file petition for declaration of nullity.

You have to do above and secure the court's declaration of nullity first before getting married.
