Nag file po ako ng nullity of Marriage last February, of 2010 sa kadahilanan po walang marriage license ng kami ay ikinasal, at last month po ay na tanggap ko po ang sulat ng court na sinasabing "No objection" doon sa sinubmit ng lawyer ko na Final Letter of evidence. At tapos na kami sa part ko, at sa next hearing sa October 14 ay para sa " Hearing of evidence" ng ex husband ko, at sabi ng court pag hindi sya mag attend ay mag dedecide na sila. Hindi naman po nag aattend ang dating husband ko eversince pag may hearing. Ang tanong ko po ay.. Ok lang ba kung hindi na dumating ang Lawyer ko ( Kung maysakit ang Lawyer ko) ay ako nalang ang pumunta sa court hearing sa October 14? or i-postponed ba ng court ang hearing pag hindi dumating ang lawyer ko? Please po, wait ko po ang sagot nyo. Maraming salamat po.
