what if, if i answer the summons the case that file by my husban?( annulment/ declaration of nullity of marriage), but never had a chance to attend the hearing, what will happen to our annulment case? what if , if he wins this case? am i liable to give all the damages that he wants? like the attorneys fees, cost of suit.. etc...

yes po, but yun husband ko nghihingi siya ng damage, bayaran ko daw po yun mga nagastos niya sa pagfile ng declaration of nullity of marriage, pati yun bayad niya abogado, hindi po ba dapat yun ngfile ng annulment siya gagastos ng lahat

usually yung nag-file ang nagbabayad
