i signed and received a job offer (which stated i agreed with the offer) although they haven't given me an employment contract yet. it only stated the benefits and salary it did not indicate the days of work or hours or responsibilities i had in that position. I only worked for all-in 5 days (plus overtimes) i went awol for 3 days because i decided to pursue other options...i plan on sending my resignation letter but they beat me to it now they are threatening legal action, but they haven't even payed me anyway for the days i've worked with with them! what do you suggest i do.

Your signing the job offer is already a contract. Hence they can pursue legal actions.

im work korean national as a family driver im start to work febraury 29 no contract then employer give me salary 12thousand fix then he fired me yesterday no problem to work but he fired me no everything he give.i told the employer why to fired me he answer no need driver then i told he pay me my backpay he answer why im guilty he not pay me.what my i do

ano po ba magandang hakbang para po sa employer yan para po sa iba hind na cla mang aabuso...nag talo po kme sabi ko sa kanya mag rereklamo aq sa dole at sa imegration titignan ko kung talagan working business ung viza mo ang sagot nya im stay here 10year comtrack..tapos po tinawagan aq nang atty nya sbi sken wala kang laban sa cliente nya sa corte na lang daw kme mag kta kung talagang gusto ko daw sya singeling nang pera..tapos ididimanda aq ang atty nya makukulong daw aq..tama po b un

you can file a money claim at dole. whether any case against you will prosper will depend on what evidence they will present
