Arresto Menor

I am currently working in a private company (3rd Party Provider) since March 2011 as an Admin. Assistant. My problem is, from the very start there is no contract of employment given to me. Can I consider myself as a regular employee? And am I entitled to the benefit they are giving to regular and contractual employee. Thank you so much. Your site is realy helpful to us. More power.
